NOVELTY - Graphene paper comprises: base layer comprising a hydroxy group on its surface; at least one oxygen-containing unit comprising a haloformyl group, a hydroxy group, a carbonyl group, an aldehyde group, a carboxylic acid ester group, a carboxylate, a carboxyl group, an ether group, an ester group, a hydroperoxy group and a peroxy group; an adhesive layer comprising a copolymer comprising a unit; and an active layer comprising non-oxidized graphene provided on the adhesive layer, where the adhesive layer is hydrogen-bonded to the base layer and the active layer. USE - Used as graphene paper. ADVANTAGE - The graphene paper: exhibit high tensile strength, high electrical conductivity, low sheet resistance, chemically stability, mechanical stability and bending stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the graphene paper, comprising preparing the base layer, the copolymer solution, preparing the adhesive composition, applying the adhesive composition to the substrate layer to form an adhesive layer, and applying a mixed solution containing non-oxidized graphene on the adhesive layer to form an active layer, where the adhesive layer is formed by hydrogen bonding with the base layer and the active layer.
