NOVELTY - A flat membrane preparation method involves dispersing polyvinylidene fluoride, porogen, stabilizer and graphene in solvent to obtain casting solution, applying the casting solution on nonwoven fabric using doctor blade, placing the nonwoven fabric coated with the casting solution under preset plexiglass cover, until the casting solution is uniformly diffused to bottom layer of the nonwoven fabric and volatile solvent in the casting solution volatilizes to form dense hole on surface of the nonwoven fabric, obtaining membrane and curing the membrane by immersing in coagulation bath, where content of the polyvinylidene fluoride in the casting solution is 8-20 wt.%, content of the graphene in the casting solution is 0.01-5 wt.%, content of the porogen in the casting solution is 10-30 wt.%, content of the stabilizer in the casting solution is 0.5-5 wt.% and content of the solvent in the casting solution is 45-65 wt.%. USE - Method for preparing flat membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing flat membrane with increased strength and flux, reduced pore size and improved quality of filtration.
