▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-supported composite comprises reduced graphene as substrate and lead stannate as load, where mass ratio between graphene and metal oxide is 1:0.5-3. USE - The graphene-supported composite is useful as combustion catalyst for composite modified double-base propellant. ADVANTAGE - The composite modified double-base propellant has burning rate (which is increased in the pressure range of 2-20 MPa, and reduced in the pressure range of 2-16 MPa) and pressure index of 0.15 at 10-16 MPa after catalyzed with the graphene-supported composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the graphene-supported composite, comprising (i) adding graphene oxide powder into double-distilled water, stirring and subjecting to ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) adding lead(II) nitrate and tin(IV) chloride pentahydrate in equimolar amount into water, stirring uniformly, dropping aqueous ammonia to adjust pH, and subjecting the obtained liquid to hydrothermal reaction at 150-200 degrees C for 12-36 hours, (iii) cooling the obtained product to room temperature naturally, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and washing the obtained precipitate, and drying to obtain lead stannate-loaded reduced graphene oxide (PbSnO3/rGO).
