▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible black phosphorus/reduced graphene oxide composite electrode involves stripping black phosphorus in a solution to form a black phosphorus flake dispersion, expanding block graphite and oxidizing into a graphene oxide sheet, mixing the black phosphorus flake dispersion and graphene oxide sheet to form a uniform dispersion liquid, vacuum filtering the dispersion to form a black phosphorus/graphene oxide film, and chemically reducing, drying, and optionally pre-lithiating the black phosphorus/graphene oxide film. USE - Preparation of flexible black phosphorus/reduced graphene oxide composite electrode used as negative electrode of lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces flexible black phosphorus/reduced graphene oxide composite electrode which is capable of providing lithium-ion battery having high-quality energy density and high-volume energy density, without obvious attenuation after 100 cycles in a working bending state. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for flexible lithium-ion battery, which comprises a negative electrode comprising the flexible black phosphorus/reduced graphene oxide composite electrode, a polymer electrolyte, and a positive electrode including a vanadium pentoxide/carbon nanotube composite electrode.
