NOVELTY - The cathode has first electric conducting layer formed on insulation plate. Second electric conducting layer is formed on an upper part of the first electric conducting layer. The second electric conduction layer is formed as a ring-shaped graphene structure. A cyclic graphene array is fixed with a cross-section of a graphene unit. The cyclic graphene array is formed as a honeycomb-shaped structure. Diameter of the ring-shaped graphene is about 0.2 - 5 mm. A top carbon atom distributing structure of an annular graphene is fixed with a handle-type part. USE - Field emission cold cathode. ADVANTAGE - The cathode has simple structure and high current emission rate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a field emission cold cathode.
