NOVELTY - Carburant comprises 6-8 pts. wt. petroleum coke, 5-7 pts. wt. purified graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. semi-graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. modified asphalt, 3-5 pts. wt. silica, 2-4 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 2-4 pts. wt. binding agent, 6-8 pts. wt. silica sol, 1-3 pts. wt. promote flux, 6-8 pts. wt. powdered coal, 6-8 pts. wt. sodium silicate and 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium bicarbonate. USE - The carburant is useful for alloy steel castings foundry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carburant has excellent performance and ensure raw material smelting, and less raw material for preparing casting high-quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of carburant comprising (i) adding the raw materials into the ball mill, ball milling over 200-300 mesh screen, then adding into the blender and mixing for 10-15 minutes to obtain mixed material, (ii) adding the mixed material into the pressure ball machine at a pressure of 60-80 kN rolling mixed milling, and (iii) calcining the raw material obtained in step (ii), milling and screening to obtain final product.
