NOVELTY - A graphite segment is formed by removing highly orientated pyrolytic graphite. A separation inducing unit painted with silver nano ink is adhered on the graphite segment. The separation inducing unit and another graphite segment adhered with the separation inducing unit are separated from the graphite segment. Graphene layer is separated from the second graphite segment by adding shear force to the graphite segment adhered with the separation inducing unit. USE - Manufacture of graphene layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphite segment is formed by removing highly orientated pyrolytic graphite. A separation inducing unit painted with silver nano ink is adhered on the graphite segment. The separation inducing unit and another graphite segment adhered with the separation inducing unit are separated from the graphite segment by adding shear force to the separation inducing unit. The other graphite segment is adhered with the separation inducing unit on a substrate and graphene layer is separated from the second graphite segment by adding shear force to the graphite segment adhered with the separation inducing unit.
