NOVELTY - A preparation of an aqueous ammonia functionalized graphene insensitively coated energetic material, involves (1) dispersing the graphene in the water phase to obtain a graphene dispersion, adding the energetic material to the graphene dispersion and continuing to disperse to obtain the mixed solution (I), maintaining the mass ratio of the energetic material to graphene of 98: (0.05-1.95), (2) under agitation, adding ammonia to the mixed liquid (I) to obtain a mixed liquid (II), (3) heating the mixed solution (II) to 60-100 degrees C and continuing to stir to obtain a suspension, and (4) filtering, washing, and drying the suspension. USE - Preparation of aqueous ammonia functionalized graphene insensitively coated energetic material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the coating effect and reduces the mechanical sensitivity of the energetic material.
