▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene composite heat dissipation film involves (a) punching the graphene heat-conducting film with a laser to prepare porous graphene heat conducting film with multiple through holes, (b) using the porous graphene thermal conductivity film as a filter film, (c) filtering the carbon fiber dispersion liquid until the carbon fibers dispersion solution cannot be filtered, (d) preparing a graphene carbon fiber wet film, and (e) vacuum drying the graphene carbon fiber wet film to prepare a graphene-carbon fiber film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite heat conducting film which is useful in a mobile phone chip (5G) mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite heat conducting film has high heat-conducting performance at the same time in the horizontal and vertical directions. The carbon fiber is sucked into the hole of the porous graphene heat conducting films by vacuum in the decompressing and filtering process, and the directional arrangement is taken along the vertical direction, so that the thermal conductivity of the graphene composite is improved. The graphitization structure in the carbon fiber is radially distributed around the center, so as to conduct heat in the vertical and horizontal multi-direction, and has the function of heat conducting bridging. The thickness of the carbon fiber dispersion liquid is 50 microns to 300 microns, and is less than or equal to the thickness of graphene conductive film, thus improving the heat conducting performance of graphene composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene composite heat conducting film.
