NOVELTY - The device has sound wave generators (102) that are located on surfaces of substrate. The signal input devices input signals to the sound wave generators respectively. The carbon nanotube layer is stacked with graphene layer. The carbon nanotubes are aligned along single direction and joined end-to-end. USE - Thermoacoustic device used in telephone, MP3, MP4, TV and computer. ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene layer covers the micropores in the carbon nanotube layer and the carbon film has a larger contacting area with the surrounding medium, the efficiency of sound wave generator is improved. Since the thickness of the carbon nanotube layer and the graphene layer are very thin, the thickness and heat capacity of the carbon film is minimized so that the sound effect of the sound wave generator is improved with high sensitivity.
