NOVELTY - The method involves performing sintering process to obtain lithium-rich lithium-nickel manganese-cobalt gel. Graphite powder is uniformly mixed with concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain a mixture. Potassium permanganate is added with the obtained mixture. A hydrogen peroxide solution is added to the mixture. Dry milling process of the mixture is performed to obtain a graphene product. Ball milling process is performed to obtain a graphene or lithium-rich lithium nickel-manganese-cobalt compound finished product. USE - Method for preparing sub-micron graphene or lithium-rich lithium nickel-manganese-cobalt compound utilized in lithium ion battery energy storage field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing better electrochemical property and wide application range.
