NOVELTY - A graphene modified coating comprises component (A), component (B) and component (C) at weight ratio of 5:1:3. The component (A) comprises 32.5-33.0 %mass polyhydroxy acrylic acid resin, 15.5-16.0 %mass cyclohexanone, 14.5-15.0 %mass ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 12.0-12.5 %mass toluene, 9.5-10 %mass butyl acetate and 5.0-6.0 %mass graphene. The component (B) comprises 65.0-65.5 %mass isocyanate polymer, 22.5-23.0 %mass isocyanate and 5.8-6.2 %mass butyl acetate. The component (C) comprises 33.5-38.0 %mass cyclohexanone, 20.5-22.0 %mass butyl acetate, 10.5-12.0 %mass propylene glycol methyl ether and 3.0-5.0 %mass methyl acrylate. USE - Graphene modified coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified coating has excellent heat conduction and heat dissipation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of graphene-modified coating involves (1) thoroughly mixing component (A), component (B) and component (C) at weight ratio of 5:1:3 for 15 minutes at 300 rpm, (2) polishing the surface of workpiece, controlling roughness of 30-70 mu m and keeping the workpiece clean and dust free, filtering paint using 300 mesh filter cloth, applying paint uniformly by spraying or roller coating, carrying out atomization, leveling and controlling film thickness according to specified requirements, (3) drying naturally at room temperature and recoating if required after 24 hours of application, drying the paint film completely and applying coating until the specified thickness is reached, and (4) testing the physical and chemical properties and maintaining at room temperature for 7 days after construction.
