NOVELTY - Anticorrosive coating comprises 20-90 pts. wt. film-forming substance, 0.1-20 pts. wt. polyaniline and graphene composite material, 1-10 pts. wt. pigment, 1-10 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-3 pts. wt. anti-sagging agent, 0.1-4 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 01-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.01-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 1-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - The anticorrosive coating is useful for graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating: has excellent metal corrosion protection performance; can achieves the passivation and corrosion inhibition of metal substrates; and is simple to prepare, economical, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene composite material anticorrosive coating comprising (1) preparing of polyaniline and graphene composite materials by: (i) preparing graphene oxide or graphene dispersion containing aniline and hydrochloric acid, where the concentration of aniline is 0.01-1 mol/l, the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 0.01-0.2 mol/l, the concentration of graphene oxide or graphene is 0.01-10 mg/ml, stirring evenly and pre-cooling to 0-10 degrees C; (ii) preparing an oxidant aqueous solution containing hydrochloric acid, where the concentration of oxidant in the solution is 0.01-1 mol/l, pre-cooling to 0-10 degrees C concentration of hydrochloric acid is 0.01-0.2 mol/l, the oxidant is ammonium persulfate or potassium persulfate; (iii) slowly dropping the oxidant aqueous solution containing hydrochloric acid into the graphene oxide or graphene dispersion containing aniline and hydrochloric acid under stirring, reacting at 0-10 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours, centrifuging, filtering, washing and drying, grinding to less than 200 mesh, where the volume ratio of graphene oxide or graphene dispersion liquid containing aniline and hydrochloric acid to oxidant aqueous solution containing hydrochloric acid is 1:1; (iv) adding dispersing agent, leveling agent, antifoaming agent, anti-sagging agent, pigment, filler to the film-forming substance and solvent, stirring for 10-120 minutes, grinding, fineness less than 60 mu m, and discharging; and (v) adding the polyaniline and graphene composite material to the film-forming material mixture obtained in (iv) under stirring, uniformly dispersing to obtain the graphene composite material; where weight of each component includes 20-90 pts. wt. film-forming substance; 0.1-20 pts. wt. polyaniline and graphene composite material; 1-10 pts. wt. pigment; 1-10 pts. wt. filler; 0.1-3 pts. wt. anti-sagging agent; 0.1-4 pts. wt. dispersing agent; 0.01-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.01-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 1-50 pts. wt. solvent.
