NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene ultraviolet absorbing agent, comprises (i) adding cyanuric chloride in 80 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran (THF), stirring and dissolving, taking oxidation graphene sodium hydroxide and THF to prepare THF slurry, stirring, dripping prepared solution of THF and cyanuric chloride into THF slurry, reacting for 2-8 hours at 30-40℃, evaporating THF, adding water, filtering, water washing filter cake, vacuum drying to obtain the product I, (ii) adding chlorobenzene into 5 pts. wt. product I, adding anhydrous aluminum chloride and resorcinol, reacting for 3-8 hours at 70-80℃, adding water with chlorobenzene solvent, heating and refluxing, separating out ochlorobenzene, filtering, water washing filter cake, vacuum drying to obtain the product II, and (iii) taking product II, reacting epoxy chloropropane, potassium carbonate and Dimethylformamide (DMF) at 80-90℃ for 3-5 hours, cooling, filtering, washing, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene ultraviolet absorbing agent.
