▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Regulating surface coefficient of friction of graphene involves etching copper platinum having a poly(methyl methacrylate)/graphene film surface with an iron nitrate solution until the poly(methyl methacrylate)/graphene film floats to the surface of solution. The poly(methyl methacrylate)/graphene film is taken and washed with distilled water. The anodized aluminum sheet is clamped with tweezers and lift up from the poly(methyl methacrylate)/graphene film. The anode alumina supports poly(methyl methacrylate)/graphene film. The anodized aluminum supporting graphene film is treated with acetone. An atomic force tip is provided for friction measurement. The normal spring constant of the tip is calibrated by using the deflection sensitivity of support cantilever. The average lateral force is converted given by the output voltage into friction due to the torsion of the cantilever. The multiple measurements are performed at multiple sample locations to obtain an average value. USE - Method for regulating surface coefficient of friction of graphene by a surface confinement effect (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method explored the basic process of nano-scale friction and controls the nano-friction force through atomic force microscopy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The instantaneous desorption force curve is measured, and then molecular dynamics simulation is performed using a nano-scale diamond tip sliding on a graphene sheet to obtain a curve of frictional force and normal load. The interaction energy is calculated between the graphene layer and the substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a photograph of the graphene layer of a graphene film. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
