NOVELTY - Conductive graphene composite material comprises 80-97 pts. wt. polyetheretherketone, 0.5-4 pts. wt. graphene, 0.0015-0.4 pt. wt. graphene surface treatment agent, 0.5-12 pts. wt. conductive filler, 0.2-2.5 pts. wt. modifier and 0.3-1 pt. wt. stabilizer. USE - The composite material is useful for preparing electromagnetic shielding material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method constructs stable and effective conductive network. The composite material has excellent isotropic conductivity, and improves toughness and ductility of polyetheretherketone. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the conductive graphene composite material, involving mixing graphene, graphene surface treatment agent and conductive filler to obtain a mixed conductive agent, mixing modifier, stabilizer, mixed conductive agent and portion of polyetheretherketone, performing melt blending (I) and granulating to obtain a graphene-reinforced polyetheretherketone master batch, and subjecting remaining portion of polyetheretherketone and the graphene-reinforced polyetheretherketone master batch to perform melt blending (II) and granulating to obtain the product; and (2) an electromagnetic shielding material, comprising the conductive graphene composite material.
