▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises introducing graphite oxide in a reactor; passing argon gas and ammonia gas in the reactor at volume ratio of 1.25:5 to 5:5 under oxygen free environment; laser irradiating graphite oxide with range of 4x 1014-7.5x 1014 Hz, each interval of 30 seconds; repeating multi-time laser irradiation with each irradiation time of 3-60 seconds; and reacting graphite oxide and gas. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate, has low cost, and can easily implement large-scale industrial production.
