NOVELTY - A mesoporous silica/modified graphene composite modified gypsum-based mortar comprises 100-200 pts. wt. modified phosphogypsum, 40-50 pts. wt. cement, 40-50 pts. wt. sand, 0.02-0.05 pt. wt. water-reducing agent, 4-10 pts. wt. retarder, 2-5 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether, 8-15 pts. wt. mesoporous silica/modified graphene composite filler and 100 pts. wt. water. USE - Mesoporous silica/modified graphene composite modified gypsum-based mortar. ADVANTAGE - The mesoporous silica/modified graphene composite modified gypsum-based mortar has high fluidity, and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of mesoporous silica/modified graphene composite modified gypsum-based mortar, which involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain a graphene oxide solution, dissolving chitosan in an acetic acid solution to obtain a chitosan solution, mixing the graphene oxide solution and the chitosan solution, uniformly stirring, then adding hydrazine hydrate solution, reacting, cooling the reaction mixture, then adding glutaraldehyde solution, stirring to obtain chitosan-modified graphene material, dispersing the mesoporous silica material in deionized water under the action of a silane coupling agent, then adding the chitosan-modified graphene material, ultrasonically processing to obtain mesoporous silica/modified graphene composite filler, adding modified phosphogypsum, cement, sand, mesoporous silica/modified graphene composite filler and water to a mixer, then adding water-reducing agent, retarder and hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether, and stirring.
