▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of composite of polypropylene, talc and nanoparticles involves adding 0.25-10 %mass nanoparticles comprising graphene, 60-89.75 %mass polypropylene, and 10-30 %mass talc by extrusion in an extrusion machine in which the nanoparticles comprising graphene and talc are melted and homogeneously dispersed in the polypropylene. USE - Production of composite of polypropylene, talc and nanoparticles. Uses include but are not limited to automobile components, motorcycle, motorbike, packaging, pipe, bag and other plastic product. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, simple, and rapid, provides composite having excellent resistance, rigidity, hardness, tenacity, absorption of light, impermeability to gases and water vapor, dimensional stability and structural homogeneity.
