NOVELTY - Preparing platinum carbon catalyst comprises (i) mixing platinum precursor and polyol solvent uniformly, adding dispersing auxiliary agent solution, mixing uniformly, where the temperature is 30-90℃ to generate coordination reaction to obtain first material, (ii) adding carbon carrier polyol slurry to the first material obtained in the step (i), mixing uniformly to obtain second material, and (iii) heating the second material to 125-160℃, and maintaining temperature for 1-5 hours, cooling to lower than 90℃ and deionized water, continuously stirring at constant temperature of 50℃ for 1-5 hours to obtain a third material and (iv) concentrating the third material, drying and grinding to obtain platinum-carbon catalyst. USE - Preparation of platinum carbon catalyst used in fuel cell, electrolytic cell, petrochemical industry, chemical pharmacy and automobile tail gas purification field. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids introducing other harmful impurities, without washing, the step is simple, the technique cost is low, the platinum nano particles can be uniformly dispersed on the carbon carrier, the agglomeration is weak, and the electrochemical active area of the platinum carbon catalyst is high, the stability is better, it has excellent performance, it is simple to operate, it does not introduce harmful impurity, there is no need to add complex washing and purifying technique on the production line, which greatly improves the production efficiency and is convenient to popularize.
