▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing conductive fiber based on hot pressing reinforcement comprises (i) performing ultrasonic water washing pretreatment on fiber/yarn, (ii) selecting or preparing a graphene oxide conductive material, (iii) uniformly attaching the graphene oxide conductive material to a fiber/yarn by different times of impregnation, and drying to obtain a graphene oxide fiber/yarn, (iv) subjecting graphene oxide fiber/yarn to a reduction treatment in a high-temperature water bath to prepare a reduced graphene oxide fiber/yarn, and (v) subjecting reduced graphene oxide fiber/yarn to at least hot-pressing treatment to obtain a conductive fiber/yarn. USE - The preparing conductive fiber based on hot pressing reinforcement is used to functional textile, military product and bedding field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has higher firmness, conductivity and washable performance, effectively improves the sensing, hot pressing, electromagnetic shielding and other fields, and has higher application value.
