NOVELTY - Preparing self-assembled graphene oxide- alpha -cyclodextrin-metal-organic framework bifunctional composite film comprises e.g. (i) dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding potassium hydroxide into water, then adding alpha -cyclodextrin, filtering through 0.45 mu m polytetrafluoroethylene film, pouring filtered solution into dispersed graphene oxide, then placing medium beaker in large beaker containing methanol solution, adding hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide to dissolve, then adding methanol solution, washing with ethanol, centrifuging to obtain self-assembled GO- alpha -CD-MOF composite film, and (ii) adding 20-60 mg GO- alpha -CD-MOF obtained in step (i) into 5-15 ml methanol, ultrasonicating for 1-5 hours and then injecting ultrasound-dispersed GO- alpha -CD-MOF material into 0.45 mu m polytetrafluoroethylene filter film to obtain self-assembled GO- alpha -CD-MOF bifunctional composite film. USE - The composite film is useful for separating and enriching naringin (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing self-assembled graphene oxide- alpha -cyclodextrin-metal-organic framework (GO- alpha -CD-MOF) bifunctional composite film comprises (i) dispersing 30-70 mg graphene oxide in 40-60 ml water for 10-16 hours, adding 0.2-1 g potassium hydroxide into 30-60 ml water, then adding 1-2 g alpha -cyclodextrin, filtering through 0.45 mu m polytetrafluoroethylene film, pouring filtered solution into dispersed graphene oxide, then placing medium beaker in large beaker containing 15-20 ml methanol solution, stirring at room temperature for 24-36 hours, removing 2-7 ml above medium beaker, adding 0.01-0.05 g hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide to dissolve, then adding 15-20 ml methanol solution, stirring for 1-5 hours, washing with ethanol and centrifuging at room temperature to obtain self-assembled GO- alpha -CD-MOF composite film, and (ii) adding 20-60 mg GO- alpha -CD-MOF obtained in step (i) into 5-15 ml methanol, ultrasonicating for 1-5 hours and then injecting ultrasound-dispersed GO- alpha -CD-MOF material into 0.45 mu m polytetrafluoroethylene filter film to obtain self-assembled GO- alpha -CD-MOF bifunctional composite film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of bifunctional composite film in separating and enriching naringin comprising (i) cutting citrus peel into strips and drying at 50-60 degrees C for 30-36 hours, sieving into 400 mesh sieve using pulverizer, adding 1 g powdered citrus peel and 20 ml isopropanol, ultrasonically extracting for 1 hour, filtering mixture, further extracting powder with 20 ml isopropanol for twice and combining supernatant, and (ii) filtering 0.5-5 ml naringin supernatant obtained in step (i) through GO- alpha -CD-MOF bifunctional film, then discarding filtrate, leaving the filter film, then adding 0.5-3 ml methanol into filter membrane to elute through filter membrane and then entering eluent into ultra performance liquid chromatograph for detection to obtain naringin GO- alpha -CD-MOF bifunctional membrane is 300-400 mu g naringin/g citrus peel, where highest recovery rate is 100.3% and extraction time for naringin is 1-2 minutes.
