NOVELTY - Organic anti-hydrogen permeation coating comprises 0.5-5 wt.% reduced graphene oxide slurry, 5-30 wt.% first organic solvent, 5-60 wt.% key fillers, 1-10 wt.% other fillers, 1-5 wt.% auxiliary agent and 3-20 wt.% curing agent and resin (balance amount). The component of reduced graphene oxide slurry comprises 0.1-10 wt.% reduced graphene oxide and 0.2-5 wt.% dispersant, second organic solvent, the dispersant is acrylic polymer, polyurethane modified acrylic polymer, polyethylene oxides, the second organic solvent is ethanol, acetone, propylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl ether, the first organic solvent is propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether and isopropyl alcohol. USE - The organic anti-hydrogen-permeable coating is used in hydrogen transmission pipeline as main research object of hydrogen embrittlement. ADVANTAGE - The organic anti-hydrogen permeable coating has good flexibility, impact resistance and bonding force.
