▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The system comprises: a first container (102) including graphene oxide and water; a second container (104) including a reducing agent and the substance; a third container in operative relationship with the first container and the second container; and a processor (180) present in communication with the first container, the second container and the third container. The processor is configured to control the third container to receive the graphene oxide and water from the first container, and control the third container to receive the reducing agent and the substance from the second container. USE - The system is useful for encapsulating a substance with graphene (claimed) to protect the substance from an environment, where the substance is volatile chemicals or chemicals. ADVANTAGE - The system is capable of effectively encapsulating the substance with graphene to protect the substance from an environment until its final intended use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The system comprises: a first container (102) including graphene oxide and water; a second container (104) including a reducing agent and the substance; a third container in operative relationship with the first container and the second container; and a processor (180) present in communication with the first container, the second container and the third container. The processor is configured to control the third container to receive the graphene oxide and water from the first container, control the third container to receive the reducing agent and the substance from the second container, control the third container to mix the graphene oxide, the water, the reducing agent and the substance under sufficient reaction conditions to produce graphene, and control the third container to mix the graphene oxide, the water, the reducing agent and the substance under sufficient reaction conditions to produce sufficient graphene to encapsulate the substance with the graphene to produce a graphene encapsulated substance. The system further comprises: a sonicator (124) in operative relationship with the third container and in communication with the processor; a centrifuge (126) in operative relationship with the third container and in communication with the processor; a filter in operative relationship with the third container; a water source in operative relationship with the third container; and a heater in operative relationship to the water source; an electromagnetic source in operative relationship with the third container; a heat source in operative relationship with the third container; and a shaker in operative relationship with the third container. The processor is effective to control the sonicator to apply sound waves to the third container to mix the graphene oxide, the water, the reducing agent and the substance and to control the centrifuge to receive the graphene encapsulated substance, the graphene oxide, the water and the reducing agent and spin the graphene encapsulated substance, the graphene oxide, the water and the reducing agent to separate the graphene encapsulated substance from the graphene oxide, the water and the reducing agent. The filter is effective to separate the graphene encapsulated substance from the graphene oxide, the water and the reducing agent. The mixture of the graphene oxide, the water, the reducing agent and the substance creates an emulsion. The processor is further configured to control the third container to receive a surfactant and to add the surfactant to the emulsion. The water source is effective to provide water to rinse the separated graphene encapsulated substance to produce a rinsed graphene encapsulated substance. The heater is effective to dry the rinsed graphene encapsulated substance. The electromagnetic source is configured to expose the graphene encapsulated substance to an electromagnetic field effective to remove an amount of graphene from the graphene encapsulated substance to expose a portion of the substance. The heat source is configured to expose the graphene encapsulated substance to heat effective to remove the amount of graphene from the graphene encapsulated substance to expose a portion of the substance. The shaker is configured to apply mechanical agitation through shaking effective to remove the amount of graphene from the graphene encapsulated substance to expose a portion of the substance.
