NOVELTY - Producing graphene involves mixing organic carbonaceous material and quantum dots in weight ratio of 5-10:1 to obtain a mixture, and then stirring the mixture with deionized water to obtain mixed solution. Pregelatinized starch solution and catalyst are added to mixed solution, and then uniformly stirred to obtain a mixture. Gelatinized mixture and obtained material are added into a high pressure reactor vessel, where the mixture is processed in presence of inert gas at 500-800 degrees C and 20-50MPa for 1-3 hours to obtain solid product. USE - Method for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene in a simple manner on industrial scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphene involves mixing organic carbonaceous material and quantum dots in weight ratio of 5-10:1 to obtain a mixture, and then stirring the mixture with deionized water to obtain mixed solution. The solid product is dissolved in dimethylformamide for 30-60 minutes, and then filtered to obtain supernatant.
