NOVELTY - Graphene nano coating agent comprises 0.11-0.21 wt.% modified graphene, 5.5-5.9 wt.% fluorozirconic acid, 3.6-4.1 wt.% zirconium fluoride, 2.5-2.9 wt.% complex, 0.8-1.0 wt.% fluoride, and rest is water. USE - Graphene nano coating agent. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nano coating agent has good adhesion and good corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene nano coating agent, which involves: (A) adding natural crystalline flake graphite in concentrated sulfuric acid at 0-2 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide, stirring at 20-25 degrees C for 3-5 hours, heating 40-45 degrees C for 24-48 hours, adding water, stirring for 2-3 hours, and adding hydrogen peroxide to obtain bright yellow suspension particles; (B) centrifuging bright yellow particle, washing with water, and drying at 60-65 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain oxidized graphene; (C) adding graphene oxide into thionyl chloride, stirring at 80 degrees C for 24-36 hours, centrifuging, washing with acetone, and drying at room temperature for 12-18 hours to obtain surface of graphene containing acyl chloride radical; (D) mixing graphene and 1,3-diamine containing acyl chloride group, adding N,N'-dimethyl formamide under protection of nitrogen, stirring at 80 degrees C for 24-36 hours, decompressing and evaporating N,N'-dimethyl formamide, washing with water, and drying at room temperature for 24-48 hours to obtain surface with amino of graphene; (E) adding surface with amino of graphene and cyanuric chloride into tetrahydrofuran at 0-3 degrees C, reacting for 24-36 hours, decompressing and removing tetrahydrofuran, washing by aether, and drying at 10-15 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain surface graphene-containing triazine ring; and (F) adding surface graphene-containing triazine ring, dissolving N,N'-dimethyl formamide, stirring at 40 degrees C for 5-10 hours, adding diol compound containing N,N'-dimethyl formamide solution at 45 degrees C for 12-48 hours, raising the temperature to 90 degrees C, reacting for 24-60 hours, depressurizing and removing solvent, washing by distilled water, and drying at 50 degrees C for 24-48 hours to obtain final product.
