▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphite oxide is crushed into fine powder, suspension is prepared using water, ultrasonically processed, centrifuged, and unstable impurities are removed, to obtain graphite oxide sol. Reducing agent is dissolved in water or amide-containing organic solvent to prepare reducing-agent solution, obtained graphite oxide sol is added, heated and reacted to obtain reaction mixture, which is washed using alcohol and filtered. Filtered solid is dispersed in alcohol or amide-containing organic solvent, ultrasonically processed, and centrifuged, to obtain modified graphene suspension liquid. USE - Preparation of modified graphene suspension. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene suspension has improved dispersibility in alcohol and amide-containing organic solvent, and is prepared by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite oxide is crushed into fine powder having grain size of 5-40 mu m, suspension (0.5-3 mg/ml) is prepared using water, ultrasonically processed for 30-100 minutes with power of 35-100 W, centrifuged, and unstable impurities in suspension liquid are removed to obtain graphite oxide sol. Reducing agent is dissolved in water or amide-containing organic solvent to prepare reducing-agent solution (6-15 mg/ml), obtained graphite oxide sol (0.5-3 mg/ml) is added, heated and reacted at 30-300 degrees C for 4-20 hours to obtain reaction mixture, which is washed using alcohol and filtered. Filtered solid is dispersed in alcohol or amide-containing organic solvent, ultrasonically processed for 30-180 minutes with power of 35-100 W, and centrifuged to obtain modified graphene suspension liquid. The volume ratio of reducing agent and graphite oxide sol is 0.5-1:1-1.5.
