NOVELTY - Device (100) comprises a foil supply unit (110) for supplying a foil comprising a metal catalyst; a graphene forming unit (120) for creating graphene formed foil by forming graphene on the foil; and a lamination device (130) for laminating a protective tape on the graphene formed foil. The lamination device comprises deposition chamber installed to be connected to the outlet of the graphene forming unit; weight roller device including a weight roller which provides tension to the graphene formed foil; protective tape supply unit; laminating roller device; and graphene laminate recovery roll. USE - The device is useful for manufacturing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device implements a high-quality graphene laminate by laminating the protective tape on the graphene formed foil by using the lamination device having the weight roller device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device (100) comprises a foil supply unit (110) for supplying a foil comprising a metal catalyst; a graphene forming unit (120) for creating graphene formed foil by forming graphene on the foil from the foil supply unit; and a lamination device (130) for laminating a protective tape on the graphene formed foil. The lamination device comprises a deposition chamber installed to be connected to the outlet of the graphene forming unit; a weight roller device installed on the deposition chamber, and including a weight roller which provides tension to the graphene formed foil by its own weight; a protective tape supply unit disposed on the deposition chamber, for supplying the protective tape; a laminating roller device disposed on the deposition chamber , forming a graphene laminate by laminating the protective tape on the graphene formed foil; and a graphene laminate recovery roll for recovering the graphene laminate.
