▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The light modulator has a dielectric isolation layer (6) that is provided with first and second dielectric isolation layers. One end of second graphene strip line (7) is connected to the first and second ground electrodes (91,92). One end of the third graphene strip line is connected with the third and fourth ground electrodes (93,94). The first and second ground electrodes are provided to form a ground-signal-ground (GSG) structure with the first electrode (51). The third and fourth ground electrodes are provided to form GSG structure with second electrode (52). USE - Graphene-based coplanar traveling wave electrode-absorption type light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The structure of the light modulator can be simplified and the practicability of the device can be strengthened. The light modulator bandwidth can be increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The strip-shaped light waveguide (2) is orderly provided with first and second dielectric isolation layers and a first graphene strip line. The second dielectric isolation layer is provided with second and third graphene strip lines. Two ends of the first graphene strip lines are respectively connected with the first and second electrodes. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of the graphene-based coplanar traveling wave electrode-absorption type light modulator.
