▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Wear-resistant polyetheretherketone composite material comprises 45-65 pts. wt. polyetheretherketone, 10-15 pts. wt. PTFE, 15-25 pts. wt. graphene surface grafted with silicon carbide and 0.05-0.8 pt. wt. antioxidant. The graphene surface grafted with silicon carbide is prepared by (i) adding nano-silicon carbide to the solvent, adding appropriate amount of silane coupling agent, heating under nitrogen atmosphere at 80-90 degrees C, continuously stirring for 6-8 hours, filtering and drying to obtain silane-modified silicon carbide, where the mass ratio of nano-silicon carbide and silane coupling agent is 1:(0.05-0.15), and (ii) adding siloxane-modified silicon carbide and graphene to solvent, ultrasonically treating for 20-40 minutes to obtain a uniformly mixed suspension, performing vacuum filtration through a nylon membrane, and drying to obtain the product, where the mass ratio of siloxane-modified silicon carbide and graphene is 1:(0.25-0.6). USE - As wear-resistant polyetheretherketone composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves the mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the wear-resistant polyetheretherketone composite material, involving (i) weighing the above-mentioned raw materials, adding polyetheretherketone and graphene surface grafted silicon carbide into a planetary ball mill at a 400-600 rpm, grinding for 2-3 hours, adding PTFE, continuing grinding for 0.5-1.5 hours, and ultrasonically treating for 0.5-1 hour after grinding, and (ii) putting the ground material into the cavity of the hot press mold, melting and pressing into shape, and demolding after cooling.
