▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Separating graphene oxide flakes by gradient fractionation comprises producing density gradient by ultracentrifugation for 60 minutes at 40000 revolutions in solution of 0.15 M sodium chloride and percoll in a 1: 1 volume ratio, placing a layer on the surface of the generated gradient graphene oxide previously dispersed in water using an ultrasonic probe, after which the mixture is subjected to ultracentrifugation for 10-12 minutes at 20000- 22000 revolutions minutes, collecting resulting fractions, placing in separate containers with pipette and purifying. USE - The method is useful for separating graphene oxide flakes by gradient fractionation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Separating graphene oxide flakes by gradient fractionation comprises producing density gradient by ultracentrifugation for 60 minutes at 40000 revolutions in solution of 0.15 M sodium chloride and percoll in a 1: 1 volume ratio, placing a layer on the surface of the generated gradient graphene oxide previously dispersed in water using an ultrasonic probe, after which the mixture is subjected to ultracentrifugation for 10-12 minutes at 20000- 22000 revolutions minutes, collecting resulting fractions, placing in separate containers with pipette, purifying the obtained products by exposure to concentrated hydrofluoric acid, washed several times with water and dried in a vacuum at 100 degrees C.
