NOVELTY - High-strength tire valve prepared by spraying aluminum alloy valve nozzle with reinforced coating, and heat preserving for 1-1.5 hours at 50-60degrees Celsius to obtain highly reliable and corrosion-resistant valve, is claimed. The reinforced coating includes 100-150 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 10-15 pts. wt. reinforced filler, 10-15 pts. wt. talc, 10-15 pts. wt. propylene glycol butyl ether, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-20 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 50-80 pts. wt. water. The reinforced coating is prepared by adding the above-mentioned raw materials into a stirring tank, and stirring for 3-4 hours under the condition of a rotation speed of 1500-1800 revolutions/minute to obtain reinforced coating. USE - Used as high-strength tire valve. ADVANTAGE - The method: can enhance the corrosion resistance of the coating; and eliminates hydroperoxide, so that the coating is not prone to aging, and the coating can protect the valve nozzle for a long time.
