NOVELTY - Preparing large-area graphene comprises providing a first shear force generated by liquid flow to a graphite dispersion liquid, where the flow speed is greater than 100 meters per second, acting shear force on graphite flakes of graphite dispersion liquid for dispersing the graphite flakes into a large area of graphene, where the number of layers of the large-area graphene is less than 20 and has a diameter of La between 1 mu m and 1000 mu m, and the La is a value obtained from Raman spectroscopy, generating second shearing force by driving the fluid to rotate, providing flow provided to act on the graphite dispersion, carrying out shear force generated by driving the fluid to rotate and flow in a cylindrical cavity, dispersing graphite flakes dispersed by first shearing force by the second shearing force generated by the rotation of rotating drum in cylindrical cavity after the fluid enters the cylindrical cavity. USE - The method is useful for preparing large-area graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves dispersion efficiency; shortens preparation period; and reduces the cost.
