▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene thermally conductive film involves dissolving graphite oxide in 40-60 wt.% water, processing using a screw extruder, cutting into pellets to obtain graphite oxide particles having a particle size of 1-5 mm, subjecting to high-temperature stripping process in a high-temperature furnace in nitrogen or argon atmosphere at 800-1500 degrees C, obtaining graphene oxide powder, dissolving resultant in a solvent, defoaming resultant slurry, coating resultant slurry on a substrate by blade coating or extrusion coating method, drying in an oven at 70-150 degrees C to remove solvent, winding into coil, peeling resultant from the substrate using a stripping device, trimming using a trimming device, forming a continuous graphene oxide film web, placing in hot air oven, heating to 150-500 degrees C, cooling, heating to 2200-2800 degrees C, and vacuum rolling at 10-30 MPa. The substrate is steel strip, polyethylene terephthalate, 500-2000 mesh stainless steel mesh or 500-1000 mesh nylon mesh. USE - Preparation of graphene thermally conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient, continuous and economical preparation of graphene thermally conductive film with reduced energy consumption and without drying graphite oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The substrate has a thickness of 0.8-3 mm.
