▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing thermally conductive flame-retardant involves grafting basic substance and graphene chemically and modified by silane coupling agent, then capping graft-modified basic substance and coated by hydrophobic silicone rubber to obtain thermally conductive flame retardant. USE - Method for preparing thermally conductive flame retardant used for battery casing, battery shell materials, where prepared thermally conductive flame retardant and plastic are subjected to injection molding process to perform injection molding of battery shell, where added amount of thermally conductive flame retardant is 30-70% of mass of plastic (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare thermally conductive flame-retardant with core-shell structure which improves compatibility of polymer matrix and simultaneously has flame retardant and thermal conductivity properties; and enables to solve problems of hydrophilicity of magnesium hydroxide, compatibility of polymer matrix and agglomeration of graphene.
