NOVELTY - The method involves coating a layer of adhesive on one side of the graphite film or graphene film surface. The silica gel pad is laminated to the side coated with the adhesive graphite film or graphene film. A layer of adhesive is coated on the surface of one side of the silica gel pad sample. The new graphite film or graphene film is attached to the obtained sample. A stacked structure organic silicon or graphene thermal interface material is obtained. The sample is cut into thin slices along the thickness direction of the laminate, with a thickness of 0.3 to 3 mm, where the binder is polybutadiene or polymethyl methacrylate. USE - Preparation method for organic silicon or graphene thermal interface material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the thermal interface material with high thermal conductivity, good mechanical properties and good compatibility.
