▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame retardant high temperature graphene electrothermal paint comprises 5-20 wt.% graphene filter cake, 40-60 wt.% resin mixture, 20-50 wt.% auxiliary agent and 0.5-2 wt.% pH adjusting agent, where graphene filter cake comprises graphene microchip, high carbon black, hydrophobically modified polymer salt dispersant, and deionized water; and resin mixture includes nitrogen-containing flame-retardant temperature-resistant epoxy resin and phosphorus-containing flame-retardant curing agent. USE - Used as flame retardant high temperature graphene electrothermal paint. ADVANTAGE - The electrothermal paint has the characteristics of high electric heat, high adhesion, high flame retardancy and high temperature resistance; and solves problem of dispersibility and adhesion properties of the main body, adhesion, flame retardant effect and high temperature resistance are not ideal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame retardant high temperature graphene electrothermal paint comprising (i) mixing graphene microchips, high carbon black, hydrophobically modified polymer salt dispersant and deionized water in a design ratio, dispersing at fixed speed under high-speed homogenizer for period of time, removing certain proportion of deionized water by evaporation or suction to obtain graphene filter cake having particle diameter of less than or equal to 20 mu m, (ii) mixing nitrogen-containing flame-retardant temperature-resistant epoxy resin, phosphorus-containing flame-retardant curing agent and auxiliary agent in a design ratio, stirring, and adding pH adjuster to adjust the pH value to 8.5 to obtain mixed resin preliminary material, (iii) stirring and dispersing obtained graphene filter cake, the mixed resin preliminary material and silicone coupling agent together to obtain graphene electrothermal coarse material, and (iv) grinding graphene electrothermal coarse material on three-roll mill to particle size of less than or equal to 10 mu m to obtain flame-retardant high-temperature graphene electrothermal paint.
