NOVELTY - Wear-resistant magnetic ceramic plate comprises a ceramic inner plate body (1) and a magnetic wear-resistant panel (2). The upper and lower surfaces of the ceramic inner plate body are provided with a steel connection structure (3). The steel connecting structure is embedded and fixed between the interface of the ceramic inner plate body and the magnetic wear-resistant panel and the steel connecting structure has a structure extending into the ceramic anchoring element in the inner plate body and the magnetic wear-resistant panel. USE - Used as wear-resistant magnetic ceramic plate. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic plate anchors the ceramic inner plate body and the steel connection structure on the upper and lower surfaces during sintering and embeds the steel connection structure with a specific component of rubber and compacted and solidified to form a magnetic wear-resistant panel on the upper and lower surfaces; ensures that its connection structure is closer to a mechanical anchorage after curing; enables that the magnetic material is easily detached and damaged when the magnetic material is directly bonded with strong force adhesive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing wear-resistant magnetic ceramic plate comprising (a) taking daily ceramic blank, calcium fluoride, silicon dioxide, zinc oxide, aluminum trifluoride, vanadium slag powder and titanium dioxide, mixing, adding water to process them into plastic mud, making blank in the template body, anchoring the anchor piece on the corresponding sides of the steel connecting structure on the upper surface of blank during the forming process, (b) placing the upper and lower surfaces having steel connecting structures blanks in a sintering furnace, sintering to 750-900℃ at a rate of 150-200℃/hours for 2-3 hours, heating to 1085-1120℃ at a rate of 75-95℃/hour for 2-5 hours, finishing sintering, cooling to room temperature with the furnace to obtain ceramic inner plate body firmly combined with the steel connection structure, (c) evenly spacing and adsorbing multiple sheet-shaped strong magnetic blocks on the surface of steel connecting structure on the upper surface of ceramic inner plate body, taking epoxy resin, curing agent, toughening agent, ceramic powder and glass fiber powder, mixing into rubber material, embedding the sheet-shaped strong magnetic block magnetically adsorbed on the steel connecting structure, compacting, curing at room temperature or heating at 45-60℃ and (d) taking epoxy resin, curing agent, magnetic powder, grinding material, toughening agent, graphene powder and glass fiber powder, mixing into rubber material, embedding steel connecting structure on the lower surface of the ceramic inner plate body (1), compacting and curing at room temperature or heating at 45-60℃ to obtain product.
