NOVELTY - Preparing electrospinning seawater desalination membrane with self-floating structure comprises (a) dissolving polystyrene and N, N-dimethyl formamide in a beaker, placing in water bath, ultrasonically stirring and dissolving to form the transparent polystyrene spinning solution, (b) adding carbon material and polyacrylonitrile into the beaker, ultrasonically processing for 1-5 hours to make the carbon material uniformly dispersed in the spinning solution to obtain the carbon nano-tube suspension, mixing polyacrylonitrile with carbon material suspension liquid, magnetically stirring for 2-12 hours to form transparent solution, obtaining polyacrylonitrile spinning solution of doped carbon material, (c) placing the prepared polyacrylonitrile electrostatic spinning solution of the doped carbon material in 5-10 ml injector, performing electrostatic spinning and (d) placing the polystyrene spinning solution in 5-10 ml injector for electrostatic spinning USE - The method is useful for preparing electrospinning seawater desalination membrane with self-floating structure. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the self-supporting of the membrane in the desalination process; realizes the effect of recyclable seawater desalination membrane and convenient transportation; utilizes the high heat transfer performance and thermal conductivity of carbon materials to convert sunlight into heat energy required for seawater desalination; improves the efficiency of seawater desalination. The electrospinning seawater desalination membrane with a self-floating structure is self-supporting, light weight and is high in seawater desalination efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing electrospinning seawater desalination membrane with self-floating structure comprises (a) dissolving polystyrene and N, N-dimethyl formamide in a beaker, placing in water bath, ultrasonically stirring and dissolving for 1-2 hours to form the transparent polystyrene spinning solution, where the amount of polystyrene in the polystyrene spinning solution is 15-30 wt.%, the temperature of the ultrasonic stirring and dissolving in the preparation process of the polystyrene spinning solution is 70-80degrees Celsius, (b) adding carbon material and polyacrylonitrile into the beaker, ultrasonically processing for 1-5 hours to make the carbon material uniformly dispersed in the spinning solution to obtain the carbon nano-tube suspension, mixing polyacrylonitrile with carbon material suspension liquid, magnetically stirring for 2-12 hours to form transparent solution, obtaining polyacrylonitrile spinning solution of doped carbon material, where the carbon material in the polyacrylonitrile spinning liquid of the doped carbon material comprises carbon nano tube, graphene and carbon ball, the amount of the carbon material in the polyacrylonitrile spinning solution doped with carbon material is 0.25-2 wt.%, the amount of polyacrylonitrile in the polyacrylonitrile spinning solution doped with carbon material is 9-17 wt.%, the magnetic stirring rotating speed is 25-35revolutions/minute, (c) placing the prepared polyacrylonitrile electrostatic spinning solution of the doped carbon material in 5-10 ml injector, performing electrostatic spinning, where the electrostatic spinning in the preparation process of the polyacrylonitrile nano fiber film doped with carbon material has a receiving distance of 15-25 cm, the propelling speed is 0.0018 to the power of 0.0030 mm/s, the rotating speed of the roller is 100-500revolutions/minute, the spinning voltage is 17-25 kV, the spinning temperature is 23-27degrees Celsius, the relative humidity is 50-60%, the spinning time is 5-10 hours and (d) placing the polystyrene spinning solution obtained in the step (a) in 5-10 ml injector for electrostatic spinning, where the electrostatic spinning in the preparation process of the polyacrylonitrile nano fiber film has a receiving distance of 15-25 cm, the propelling speed is 0.0017 to the power of 0.0030 mm/s, the rotating speed of the roller is 100-500revolutions/minute, the spinning voltage is 17-25 kV, the spinning temperature is 23-27degrees Celsius, the relative humidity is 50-60%, the spinning time is 3.3-6.6 hours.
