▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves performing geometric modeling of graphene. The vector matching method is used with a number of poles and residues to expand the frequency domain graphene surface impedance. The inverse Fourier transform is used to obtain the time domain surface impedance. The time domain integral equation is established according to the surface impedance boundary conditions. The analytical formulas of time domain surface impedance and time domain surface current convolution of graphene is obtained. The time-domain surface current is obtained for electromagnetic property analysis. USE - Calculation method of time domain integral equation for transient electromagnetic characteristics of graphene terahertz frequency band. ADVANTAGE - The late oscillations which results in unconditional stability is eliminated.
