NOVELTY - Preparation method of strontium phosphate yellow involves pouring the strontium phosphate yellow paint and graphene mixed filler into a high-speed mixer for stirring and mixing, and stirring and mixing for 20-24 hours to obtain a graphene-containing strontium phosphate yellow paint; vi. adding strontium phosphate yellow paint containing graphene into an alumina crucible, and adding into a nitrogen-hydrogen furnace for oxidative roasting, roasting for 4-5 hours, to obtain phosphor powder; and pouring the phosphor powder into the stirring box, adding the curing agent to stir and mix, stirring and mixing for 2-3 hours to prepare the strontium yellow phosphate spraying liquid, and then use the concentration measuring instrument to measure the obtained strontium yellow phosphate spraying liquid. If the concentration is high, adding diluent to the prepared strontium phosphate spray liquid, and stirring and mixing again for 20-30 minutes. USE - Preparation method of strontium phosphate yellow used for water-based steel structure paint, water-based epoxy primer, perchloroethylene primer, epoxy resin primer and polyurethane primer. ADVANTAGE - Mixing of the graphene and the strontium phosphate yellow coating and the arrangement of the curing agent, the anti-corrosion performance of the coating is effectively improved, the risk of corrosion and shedding after spraying is reduced, and the color of the coating is improved, the attractiveness after spraying is improved and the use requirement is met by the fluorescent powder prepared through oxidation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of strontium phosphate yellow, which involves: i. selecting strontium and adding it into a rotary furnace with a temperature of 700-780 degreesC for roasting, and roasting for 1-2 hours to obtain strontium oxide; ii. selecting barium and concentrated sulfuric acid and adding them into a stirring box, and stirring and mixing at normal temperature for 30-40 minutes to obtain barium sulfate precipitate; iii. selecting lead, cadmium, arsenic, nickel, aluminum, boron, cobalt, selenium, tin, zinc, manganese and strontium oxide and adding them into a ball mill for grinding, grind to powder, and then grinding the metal mixture, pouring it into a 600-mesh filter screen for filtration, and adding the filtered residue into a ball mill again for grinding to obtain a metal powder mixture; iv. adding phosphoric acid solution and auxiliary agent to the metal powder mixture described in step 3 for stirring and mixing, and then adding the mixed mixture into a drying box with a temperature of 100-130 degreesC for drying for 10-12 hours to obtain powder strontium phosphate yellow paint; v. selecting the graphene raw material and adding it into a ball mill for grinding, and then using a 700-purpose filter screen to filter the ground graphene powder to obtain the graphene powder; vi. adding the barium sulfate precipitate obtained in step 2 to the obtained graphene powder, putting it into a high-speed mixer for stirring and mixing, and stirring for 10-15 hours to obtain a graphene mixed filler; v. pouring strontium phosphate yellow paint in the step 4 and the graphene mixed filler described in the step 6 into a high-speed mixer for stirring and mixing, and stirring and mixing for 20-24 hours to obtain a graphene-containing strontium phosphate yellow paint; vi. adding strontium phosphate yellow paint containing graphene described in step 7 into an alumina crucible, and adding into a nitrogen-hydrogen furnace for oxidative roasting, roasting for 4-5 hours, to obtain phosphor powder; and vii. pouring the phosphor powder prepared in step 8 into the stirring box, adding the curing agent to stir and mix, stirring and mixing for 2-3 hours to prepare strontium yellow phosphate spraying liquid, and then use the concentration measuring instrument to measure the obtained strontium yellow phosphate spraying liquid. If the viscosity of the concentration is between 80-85%, it is used normally. If the concentration is high, adding diluent to the prepared strontium phosphate spray liquid, and stirring and mixing again for 20-30 minutes.
