▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing rice and wheat straw grapheme involves oxidizing rice and wheat straw in presence of oxygen to obtain carbon powder, activating carbon powder, and then graphitizing activated carbon powder at 2400-2600 degrees C to obtain artificial graphite. Concentrated sulfuric acid is added into reaction vessel, where the concentrated sulfuric acid is cooled to -5 degrees C to 0 degrees C. The artificial graphite is added into reaction vessel, where the mixture is stirred, and then treated with sodium nitrate at 3 degrees C for 50 minutes. USE - Method for producing rice and wheat straw graphene for friction material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce rice and wheat straw graphene in a cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing rice and wheat straw grapheme involves oxidizing rice and wheat straw in presence of oxygen to obtain carbon powder, activating carbon powder, and then graphitizing activated carbon powder at 2400-2600 degrees C to obtain artificial graphite. Potassium permanganate is added into the reaction vessel, and then processed at 98-100 degrees C for 1 hour. The temperature of reaction vessel is dropped to 35 degrees C for 1 hour. The obtained material is centrifugally washed to remove concentrated sulfuric acid, and then dried at 30-45 degrees C to obtain rice and wheat straw graphene.
