▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing sequencing unit (100), comprises (a) creating at least one sequencing pore (104, 114) for sequencing the biochemical material in a precursor layer by thermal lithography process to produce a pre-structured layer, and (b) converting the pre-structured layer into a graphene layer (102) by heating the pre-structured layer to a transition temperature. USE - The sequencing unit is useful for sequencing biochemical material. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces high repeatability, high purity and high quality sequencing pore and product stability; is economical; and promotes accurate sequencing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for sequencing unit comprising a graphene layer prepared as mentioned above and sequencing the biochemical material by at least one sequencing pore.
