NOVELTY - Building caulking agent comprises 100-150 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. spherical graphite, 25-48 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 0.025-0.096 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 24-35 pts. wt. acrylate rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 2-15 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl cellulose, 4-8 pts. wt. river sand, 2-6 pts. wt. portland cement, 1-2 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. flow leveling agent, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. pigment, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. matting agent, 1-2 pts. wt. defoaming agent. USE - Building caulking agent. ADVANTAGE - The building caulking agent has good bonding force, and improves impermeability and water resistance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing building caulking agent, which involves mixing spherical graphite, cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, ethanol solution, adjusting temperature to 60-80 degrees C and stirring for 40-50 minutes, filtering and washing, adjusting water content to 70-80%, adding aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide under stirring, continuing to stir, filtering, washing and drying, adding epoxy resin to the product, heating epoxy resin in molten state with stirring, and continue stirring to obtain pre-treated epoxy resin, performing stir pretreatment epoxy resin, acrylate rubber, alkyd resin, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lowering the temperature, adding pigment, matting agent, river sand, portland cement, leveling agent, defoaming agent and continuing to stir to get building caulking agent.
