NOVELTY - A nickel-tungsten-graphene composite plating bath comprises 15-25 g/L nickel sulfate hexahydrate, 35-45 g/L sodium tungstate dihydrate, 75-90 g/L trisodium citrate monohydrate, 25 g/L sodium sulfate, 20-35 g/L ammonium chloride, 4 g/L sodium iodide, 0.2-0.8 g/L 1,4-butynediol, 0.2-0.8 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate and 0.05-0.2 g/L graphene oxide. USE - Nickel-tungsten-graphene composite plating bath is used in engineering applications. ADVANTAGE - The nickel-tungsten-graphene composite plating bath has excellent structural stability, comprehensive performance of graphene, hardness, abrasion resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and self-lubricating property. The graphene oxide can be easily dispersed, and avoids problems of easy reunion and interface reactions.
