NOVELTY - The method involves manufacturing bulletproof complexing agent. Carbon nanotube (CNT) and graphene particle is mixed with solvent for dispersing polymer resin to bulletproof composite for manufacturing saliva solution. Bulletproof fiber is dipped into the combined solvent. The bulletproof fiber is dried. The bulletproof fiber is weaved with yarn shaped unit fiber after performing membranous polymers dispersion process. The bulletproof fiber is included with aramid fiber, ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber, nylon fiber and glass fiber. USE - Method for manufacturing a bulletproof material of a bulletproof jacket. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively manufacturing bulletproof material with low weight by using the bulletproof fiber so as to improve sensitivity and penetration resistance power, deformation resistance and bulletproof performance of a ball bomb and a fragment part. The method enables simply dipping carbon material into the solution so as to improve diffusion efficiency of the bulletproof material.
