▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Erosion-resistant mass concrete comprises 200-300 pts. wt. cement, 645-660 pts. wt. sand, 700-750 pts. wt. crushed stone, 120-135 pts. wt. water, 40-55 pts. wt. powder coal ash, 60-70 pts. wt. mineral powder, 6-10 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 8-12 pts. wt. expansion agent, and 6-9 pts. wt. anti-corrosion and rust inhibitor. The anti-corrosion and anti-rust agent include anti-corrosion materials, anti-rust materials, and thermally conductive network materials in a mass ratio of 1:1:(3-5). The thermally conductive network material includes carbon fibers, graphene, boron nitride nanotubes, and paraffin wax with a mass ratio of (5-8.5):(1-2):(5-10):(4.2-6). USE - Erosion-resistant large-volume concrete. ADVANTAGE - The erosion-resistant large-volume concrete has excellent thermal conductivity thermal stability and activity stability, corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance, absorption heat quantity, reduced hydration heat, and prevents concrete cracking effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing erosion-resistant mass concrete, which involves mixing cement, sand, crushed stone, fly ash, and mineral powder to obtain a dry mixture, mixing the water-reducing agent, expansion agent and anti-corrosion and rust inhibitor with water, adding the dry mixture thoroughly to obtain the corrosion-resistant mass concrete.
