NOVELTY - Automobile interior trim material comprises e.g. polycarbonate (PC) resin, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin, modified plasticizer, filling agent, flame retardant, and antistatic agent, where the PC resin and the ABS resin are both prepared by using recycled material, the preparation method of the modified plasticizer is: adding phthalic acid ester, sodium methoxide and dimethyl acetamide respectively in device, stirring uniformly, introducing inert gas, vacuum extracting and distilling, the preparation method of filling agent is: ultrasonically obtaining graphene oxide dispersion liquid, slowly adding cerium(III) chloride heptahydrate to the graphene oxide dispersion stirring and transferring to the reaction kettle, heating reaction, taking out and cooling to room temperature after finishing reaction, filtering, washing, freezing and drying to obtain the titanium dioxide-cerium dioxide (TiO2-Ce2O)-graphene composite filler. USE - Used as automobile interior trim material. ADVANTAGE - The trim material: has high-impact-resistant of PCR; reduces the yellow change index of the PC/ABS material, improves the yellowing resistance of the material, uses aminopropyl triethoxy silane to modify the phthalate modified plasticizer, forms a stable covalent bond with the graphene oxide framework, and increases the bonding force between each component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Automobile interior trim material comprises 80-120 pts. wt. polycarbonate (PC) resin, 40-65 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin, 12-20 pts. wt. modified plasticizer, 5-15 pts. wt. filling agent, 3-12 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2.5-6 pts. wt. antistatic agent, where the PC resin and the ABS resin are both prepared by using recycled material, the preparation method of the modified plasticizer is: adding phthalic acid ester, sodium methoxide and dimethyl acetamide respectively in device, stirring uniformly, introducing inert gas, under the protection of inert gas, heating and stirring and slowly adding aminopropyl triethoxy silane, maintaining the original temperature and stirring rotating speed to react for 1-2 hours, then improving the temperature to make the solution strongly reflux for 1-2 hours, cooling, vacuum extracting and distilling, removing the solvent, filtering to obtain the viscosity modified liquid, the preparation method of the filling agent is: (i) adding graphene oxide powder dispersed in de-ionized water, ultrasonically obtaining graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (ii) slowly adding cerium(III) chloride heptahydrate to the graphene oxide dispersion obtained in step (i), stirring uniformly, ultrasonically dispersing, and continuously stirring; (iii) transferring the solution after reaction in step (ii) to reaction kettle, heating and reacting, taking out and cooling to room temperature after finishing reaction to obtain the mixed solution; and (iv) dispersing the tetrabutyl titanate in absolute ethanol, stirring uniformly, slowly dropping into the mixed solution obtained in step (iii), stirring and transferring to the reaction kettle, heating reaction, taking out and cooling to room temperature after finishing reaction, filtering, washing, freezing and drying to obtain the titanium dioxide-cerium dioxide (TiO2-Ce2O)-graphene composite filler. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the automobile interior trim material, comprising placing the PC resin, ABS resin, flame retardant, antistatic agent into the stirrer, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding filling agent, mixing and stirring uniformly, adding modified plasticizer in the uniformly mixed material, mixing and stirring uniformly, sending the uniformly mixed material into a double-screw extruder, melting and mixing at 250degrees Celsius, extruding the obtained melt by a double-screw extruder, cooling and granulating to obtain the automobile interior material.
