NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dots using multi-field coupling comprises taking aromatic hydrocarbon as carbon source, sulfuric acid and nitric acid as solvent, mixing the carbon source and solvent, reacting under multi-field coupling action of microwave and ultrasonic in a closed container, diluting, adjusting pH, filtering, purifying the obtained filtrate and drying to obtain the graphene quantum dot. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene quantum dots using multi-field coupling. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has rich raw material source. The graphene quantum dot materials are widely used in biology, nano, energy and other fields.
