NOVELTY - High-solids graphene oxide dispersion comprises 3-25 wt.% dispersion liquid, and dispersant (remaining amount). The dispersant comprises deionized water and a lubricant that accounts for 3-20 wt.% of the total mass of the dispersion liquid. USE - The graphene oxide dispersion is useful for preparing graphene heat dissipation film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and efficient; prepares product which has solid content in the aqueous system is as high as 25 wt.%; provides conditions for making composite materials; and solves the problem of increasing energy consumption in order to remove a large amount of water when preparing thick graphite radiating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the high-solids graphene oxide dispersion, comprising (i) dissolving the lubricant in deionized water to form a stable aqueous solution, (ii) adding graphite oxide to the aqueous solution and stirring to pre-disperse the graphite oxide, and (iii) exfoliating the graphite oxide dispersion liquid to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (2) graphene heat dissipation film, prepared by using the high solids graphene oxide dispersion; and (3) preparing the graphene heat dissipation film, comprising dispersing and coating the graphene oxide into a film, and performing carbonization, graphitization and calendering.
